We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Bodyshop Apprentice Vehicle Damage Assessor (Level 4).

As a VDA Apprentice, you’ll learn how to accurately inspect damaged vehicles, determine whether parts should be repaired or replaced using manufacturer information, and produce detailed, accurate repair estimates using industry-leading electronic estimating software.

You’ll work closely with technicians, insurers, customers and management, developing both your technical knowledge and commercial awareness from day one.

This role is ideal for someone who:
✔ Has GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in English & Maths
✔ Has strong IT skills and excellent communication
✔ Is meticulous, methodical and enjoys problem solving
✔ Has a passion for the automotive industry
✔ Is reliable, proactive and eager to learn
✔ Holds (or is working towards) a driving licence

You’ll gain hands-on experience in a professional bodyshop environment, working on a wide range of vehicles, while developing the expertise needed to become a fully qualified Vehicle Damage Assessor.
