‍Previous experience in the motor trade is a bonus, but not essential, we’re happy to provide training.

We’re also open to an apprenticeship position for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls & emails.
Providing Customers with updates on their vehicle.
Arranging estimate appointments.
Greeting customers & checking in their vehicles when on site for repairs. Liaising with insurance work providers.
Taking Customer details & inputing them on our Body shop management system (Autoflow)
Raising and processing customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year experience within a Customer service role ideally Bodyshop related, but not essential as training can be given.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to multitask & follow processes accurately & efficiently.
Excellent keyboard/typing skills.
The ability to remain calm under pressure & cope well in potential difficult situations.
To be reliable, energetic & above all be a team player.
To be organised & self motivated.
To have a good attitude & be time conscious
